Online Therapy for Depression

Currently Recruiting Participants

Attention

Queen’s University Online Psychotherapy Lab (QUOPL) is currently recruiting participants for our study titled, “Comparing clinical decision-making of AI technology to a multi-professional care team in an e-CBT program for depression”. If you or someone you know is experiencing depression, we offer individual online cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) at Queen’s University Online Psychotherapy Lab (QUOPL) tailored to major depressive disorder.

Procedure

Participants in this study will receive weekly online CBT from a therapist for a period of 13 weeks. The content of this program is customized to reflect symptoms and challenges of major depressive disorder. The program is developed to include interactive and engaging therapy modules with personalized feedback by their care provider each session. Based on the treatment group, participants may have weekly phone or video calls with their care provider, or meet with a psychiatrist throughout their care.
